Bilingual (Spanish-English) Sales Representative – Insurance & Financial Services
Role Description:
As a Bilingual Sales Representative with State Farm Agent Marat Ioshpa, you play a key role in both our agency’s growth and our customers’ success. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and connect clients with the insurance and financial solutions that meet their needs. Your ability to communicate seamlessly in both Spanish and English will allow you to serve a broader community, helping more people feel confident and protected.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in both English and Spanish to explain products and services
- Proactively market and recommend relevant insurance solutions
- Assist customers with new policy applications, changes, and renewals
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or sales experience preferred (insurance background a plus)
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive, team-focused attitude

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
