As an Insurance Agent Team Member, you’ll have the chance to play an integral role in promoting our trusted brand, helping customers with their insurance needs while growing your own career in a rewarding and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, following up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Use a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through a comprehensive range of insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and market tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs, driving business growth.
- Support the agent in driving retention and identifying cross-selling opportunities to provide value to existing clients.

Requirements:
- A genuine interest in marketing insurance products and services that align with customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively and engage customers through written and verbal communication.
- Bilingual in Russian or Ukrainian and English is a strong plus.
- A customer-first attitude, with strong attention to detail and a people-centric approach.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Ability to efficiently navigate computer functions and learn new systems.
- Must either possess or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
