What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a diverse client portfolio, providing exceptional service in both Russian and English
- Conduct personalized insurance and financial consultations tailored to individual goals
- Present and sell life, health, auto, home, retirement, and investment products
- Identify gaps in coverage or planning and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain relationships through consistent follow-up, service, and ongoing support
- Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and compliance guidelines
What You Bring

Fluency in both Russian and English (verbal and written) is required
- 3+ years of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services preferred
- Ability to generate leads, build trust, and close sales
- Excellent communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to grow your career
- Active insurance licenses (Life & Health, P&C) preferred, or willingness to obtain (we’ll help you get licensed)
